6:00PM Our guide will meet you at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (or we can set up at meeting point for you if you stay outside the Hanoi Old Quarter). Start walking around Hanoi old quarter “36 streets” to visit some famous and specialized- food families or stalls/ local restaurants, shops where they run their business every day, certainly you will watch and taste some dishes.

Here is the list of dishes you will enjoy:

Start your food journey with a trio of delightful appetizers :

• Pillow cakes: Crispy pastries stuffed with minced pork, mushrooms, and vermicelli, paired with a tangy dipping sauce.
• Spring Rolls: Fresh or fried, these rolls are packed with herbs and savory goodness.

Or you can change to Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sandwich) – vegetarian option is available.

01 Main Course . Choose your main course from these Hanoi specialties:

• Pho (Noodle Soup): Steaming hot broth with tender beef or chicken, fresh herbs, and rice noodles.
• Bun Cha: Grilled pork served with rice noodles, fresh herbs, and a sweet-and-sour dipping sauce.
