CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We will only provide transportation for the number of passengers you have confirmed with us in advance. If there is a change in group size and you do not notify us, our driver will not be responsible for transferring additional passengers.

  • Please ensure your group is ready to depart at the confirmed time. If you do not see your driver within 10 minutes, please contact your booking representative immediately for assistance.

Tour Cancellation Fees:

  • 15–29 days before arrival: 30% of total booking value

  • 7–14 days before arrival (via email only): 50% of total booking value

  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of total booking value

Flight Ticket Cancellations:

  • Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare conditions and refund policy.

  • Our company will only charge you the actual fees imposed by the airline and will provide full support in processing any cancellations or changes.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Children under 2 years old:

    • Free of charge when sharing bed/seat with parents (no extra bed provided)

    • $120 USD surcharge per child for the internal flight from Danang to Ho Chi Minh City

  • Children aged 2–4 years:

    • Free of charge when sharing bed/seat with parents (no extra bed provided)

    • $160 USD per child for the internal flight from Danang to Ho Chi Minh City and train ticket
      (Infant fare as listed on our website)

  • Children aged 5–8 years:

    • 75% of the tour price (child fare on our website) when sharing bed with parents

    • Or pay the full adult price to have an extra bed
