An Unforgettable Experience
Really awesome experience from beginning to end. Our tour guide Ms. Ngoc was wonderful and spoke great English and was also very knowledgeable. Excellent HUE guide
Sang was a wonderful guide filled with passion and enthusiasm about his native region Hue. He gave us excellent speeches and explanations about every site we visited. Emperor Citadel, Padoges and Thombs… we had typical regional delights in a restaurant he chose. We appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm as well as his warmth and kindness. Fun private day trip from Hoi An to Hue
BNT Travel arranged a customised private tour from our hotel in Hoi An to our next hotel in Hue. Communication with Ai Linh via WhatsApp was fast and responsive. Our driver Nam Đinh was on time, flexible, friendly and a very safe driver and helped to make a very special day for us. We stopped at Marble Mountains, Ba Na Hills (BNT arranged our tickets in advance) , Hai Van Pass and the Lap An Lagoon. I would thoroughly recommend BNT and Nam Đinh formant future tours.

Hoi An to Hue private car transfer
We used BNT for a private car transfer from Hoi An to Hue. They got in contact with us straight away when inquiring and everything confirm with driver details within a couple of hours of initial contact. Driver David was great, he was right on time for pick up, a very safe driver and was happy to give us information about stuff we saw along the way. His car was very clean and comfortable. Also gave us some great tips on where to eat in Hue for dinner and about the imperial city tours. Definitely recommend David and team at BNT.

Can the driver speak English?

Actually, the driver just can basic speak English. If you have more difficult question or more requirement for the history of each place, he maybe unable to answer. Because he is just the driver not English tour guide so his English is limited. Besides, the number of good English drivers is limited, you should confirm your booking and book in advanced early to make sure we can easier hold on the good driver for your trip.

What are the type of cars? Are they new?

Most of our cars are new with strong air conditioner, year from 2020 – 2024
Our cars are:

  • 4 seats: Honda City, Kia Cerato, Toyota Vios, Mazda 3
  • 7 seats: Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Toyota Fortuner, Mitsubishi Xpander
  • 16 seats: Ford Transit, Mercedes Benz Sprinter, Toyota Hiace
  • Please contact us if you would like to book VIP car: Limousine/Merc/BMW.
How to pay for Private Car trip?

We are flexible with your payment with 2 options below:

Deposit 50% of total your booking when receive booking confirmation file from BNT Travel Team Sale, the rest of booking will be pay:

  • Option 1: Pay at BNT Travel Office by Visa/Master Card (the fee is 3.5%) or pay the driver at the end of each trip by Cash in USD/VND. The rate will be 25,500VND/1USD
  • Option 2: Pay in advance by Visa/Master Card online, we will send you the link for payment
How about cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy and Important notes: 

  • We are happy for you to cancel private car booking at least 2 days before your departure date. If you cancel your booking in the last minutes, it’s really hard for us to rearrange everything for our car because we hold on everything for your booking.
  • 50% of your total booking  will be charged if you cancel from 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip date.
  • 100% of your total booking will be charged if you cancel from 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip date.
  • If you want stop swimming at the beach, we are happy to stop for you. But we won’t take responsibility if there is any issues.
  • Please check your luggage and possessions carefully before leaving our car
